Maria Scott-Multani

Maria Scott-Multani is a Clinical Advisor at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora since May 2024 and an Independent Consultant at Inner Qualities Limited since August 2023. Previously, Maria held several positions at Arvida Group Limited, including Head of Wellness Learning and Development and General Manager Wellness and Care, from April 2017 to April 2024. Maria has extensive experience in dementia care, having designed a Dementia Education programme for Canterbury District Health Board from October 2007 to June 2017 and served as a Professional Leader in Occupational Therapy at Dementia Canterbury. Maria holds a Master's in Dementia Studies from the University of Bradford, a Post Graduate Certificate in Health Sciences endorsed in Gerontology from the University of Otago, and a Diploma in Occupational Therapy from Otago Polytechnic.
