Shantanu Paul

Shantanu Paul is an accomplished professional with significant experience in social impact and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Catalyst Fund Lead at Teach For All since June 2023, Shantanu is also the Director on the Board of Directors at ChildFund Australia, where responsibilities include chairing the International Programs Review Committee. Previous roles include Managing Director - Australia at Leaders for Climate Action and multiple advisory positions at Ashoka spanning from 2016 to 2022. Additionally, Shantanu has worked as a Casual Academic Tutor at UNSW and has held consulting and advisory roles with organizations such as Plan International Australia and IDEX Accelerator. Educational qualifications include degrees in Social Impact and a dual Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from UNSW.
