Juan Manuel Rosendoza

Juan Manuel Rosendoza is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in leadership development, instructional coaching, and special education. Currently serving as Managing Director in multiple roles with Teach For America since July 2019, Juan focuses on enhancing the teacher experience, culturally responsive pedagogy, and professional development for educators. Previous experience includes positions as a Special Education Teacher in various districts and organizations, where Juan supported students with special needs and facilitated curriculum planning. Juan is also an Aspiring Latino Leader Fellow with Latinos for Education, aimed at advancing Latino representation in education leadership. Juan holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
