Rob Poulos

Rob Poulos has worked as a varsity football head coach for nine years at Sequoia High School. The San Francisco 49ers named Poulos the Charlie Wedemeyer Memorial High School Coach of the Week in 2011. Before his role as a head coach, he served as Sequoia High’s Athletic Director, overseeing more than 20 different sports programs. Poulos has been an assistant or head coach in both football and track for over 20 years. Double credentialed in Social Studies and Physical Education, Poulos is also a high school teacher, having taught everything from AP Psychology and IB History of the Americas to PE Weight Training. He has a BA in History from UC Davis and is pursuing a master’s degree in athletic administration.
