Kiley Coatney

Kiley Coatney is an experienced Instructional Designer currently working at Team b. Strategy + since August 2022, where custom pitch decks are developed to attract and retain clientele. As a Graphic Designer and Brand Consultant at Design by Kiley since September 2012, Kiley independently secured a six-figure investment for an app startup and built brands for black-owned and women-owned startups. Previously, Kiley served as an Instructional Design Engineer at Tetra Tech and an Instructional Designer at Enable Midstream Partners, creating instructional materials and interactive e-learning modules. Kiley's history also includes a position as a UX/UI Designer at Phase 2, focusing on software and website design for prominent clients and a role as a Sr Graphic Designer at Kopykat Design & Print, creating promotional material for local businesses. Kiley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed in 2018.
