Sylvia Groenewold

Sylvia Groenewold possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, having served as Chief Human Resources Officer at both team.blue and ARLANXEO. Prior to these roles, Sylvia held the position of HR Director for Industrial Chemicals and Western Europe at Nouryon, and served as HR Lead at Amgen. Additionally, Sylvia was the Global Head of HR at Bayer Crop Science. Educationally, Sylvia completed a Professional Programme in Managing Organizational Change and Development at Sioo in 2015 and participated in a course titled The People Side Of Change in January 2023.
