Alice Dearing Oly

Alice Dearing OLY is a distinguished professional swimmer and advocate for diversity in sports. Currently serving as an Ambassador for The British Elite Athletes Association and a Nike Athlete, Alice is also a co-founder and Lead Ambassador for The Black Swimming Association. As an Olympic swimmer, Alice represented TeamGB at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games in the marathon swimming event and was crowned World Junior Champion in the 10km open water event in 2016. Additionally, Alice has experience in managing social media communications for Loughborough Swimming and possesses a Master's degree in Social Media and Political Communication from Loughborough University, where Alice also completed an undergraduate degree in Politics.
