Kelly Hilden

Kelly Hilden, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Team Outsider since January 2024. Previously, Kelly had a notable tenure at lululemon from October 2011 to December 2023, where roles included Senior People & Culture Advisor and Internal Leadership Coach. Kelly began in retail management, progressing from Key Leader to Store Manager and later taking on a Regional Manager stretch assignment. With experience in Retail Operations as an Educator, Kelly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Joseph's University and additional training from The Wharton School.
