Kim Holbrook

Kim Holbrook has extensive experience in quality assurance and supervision, currently serving as a Field Quality Representative at Team Quality Services since October 2014. In this role, Kim interacts with plant quality, supervisory, and line personnel, providing support for new programs and on-site investigations of non-conforming materials. Previously, Kim worked as a Quality Supervisor and Liaison at SYNCREON from February 2011 to July 2014, overseeing the quality function across shifts, addressing customer concerns, and managing quality processes. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Technician and Quality Liaison at Ford Motor Company from February 1996 to August 2006, focusing on quality issue resolution in Final Assembly plants. Kim holds an Associate Degree in General Business from Macomb Community College, completed in 2008, and attended South Texas College in 2007.
