Lisa Parrott is an experienced professional in early intervention and therapeutic education with a career spanning over three decades. Currently volunteering with Team San Jose since 2012, Lisa has held significant roles including Lead Instructor at the OASIS: Outdoor Autism & Special Issues School and Monterey Bay Horsemanship and Therapeutic Center. Prior experience includes providing staff training at Easter Seals Bay Area, where responsibilities encompassed training and program coordination, and serving as PACE Early Intervention Manager at the Pacific Autism Center for Education, overseeing therapy staff and program compliance. Earlier roles involved direct developmental therapy and early intervention teaching for children with autism, starting with VIP Tots in 1989. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from California Baptist University and an Associate of Arts degree in Social Science from Mount San Jacinto College.
