Jennifer Cotter Otieno

Jennifer Cotter Otieno is an experienced education professional with a strong background in international education policy and linguistics. As a Board Member of Team4Tech, Founder and CEO of Education Design Unlimited, and Co-Founder of Edtech East Africa, Jennifer demonstrates a commitment to advancing education through technology. Jennifer also serves as the Kenya Country Co-Lead and EdTech Specialist at EdTech Hub and contributes to the Jobtech Alliance as a Steering Committee Member. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania.
