Katarina Sovilj

Katarina Sovilj currently serves as a Human Resources Assistant at both Teamcubate and Cruisr since October 2024. Prior to this, Katarina held the position of Employee Experience Manager at Izinga from March 2022 to October 2024, focusing on employee satisfaction, internal communication, and performance management. Experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO, where responsibilities included schedule management and coordination with stakeholders. Earlier roles involved research and analysis during an internship at The Search Group, tutoring English for adults at Bibo Global Opportunity, and handling accounts receivable at Currys CoE. Katarina holds a Master’s degree in International Territorial Studies from Mendel University in Brno and two Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Affairs, and European Studies from Masaryk University Brno.
