Noelle Lee

Noelle Lee has extensive experience in performance management and operations within the fitness and wellness industries. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Manager at Exos since August 2021, Noelle previously held the position of Director of Operations at BEAR Engineering, where responsibilities included streamlining communication and formalizing training processes. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Athletics and Wellness at Jonathan Club, managing a large team and overseeing various athletic facilities, and General Manager at Plus One Health Management Inc, where Noelle managed the daily operations of a high-end fitness center. Noelle's career began with Health Fitness Corporation in various roles and includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
