Greg Ross

Greg Ross is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in full-stack development and a strong background in managing engineering teams. Currently serving as the Full Stack Engineering Competency Leader at Sparq since December 2024, Greg drives strategy for Platform Engineering & Cloud practices. Prior roles at Kingsmen Software (now Sparq) included Head of Engineering and Software Engineering Director, where Greg was responsible for resource allocation, establishing KPIs, and guiding teams across various projects. Earlier positions include Principal Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at both Kingsmen Software and ettain group, as well as roles at LEAD Technologies, Messiah College, and TIAA-CREF. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Messiah University.
