Biyama Kadafa

Biyama Kadafa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in regional and international finance management. Currently serving as the Head of Regional Finance at Tearfund since May 2014, Biyama has held multiple leadership positions including Regional Finance Lead for West Africa and Senior Finance Business Partner. Previous roles include Financial Controller at Highams Park Academy Trust and Accountant for Ekopia Ltd and inSpiral Visionary Products Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and team leadership. Biyama holds an MSc in International Accounting from Anglia Ruskin University and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University.
