Anna Aceto-Guerin

Anna Aceto-Guerin, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR consulting, operations, and leadership. Currently serving as TEC Canada Chair since September 2024 and as the Owner of Blue Ocean OBM since April 2020, Anna has previously held key leadership roles, including Director of Business Development & Client Success at H2R Business Solutions Inc. and Director of People & Culture at DriverCheck Inc. Anna's extensive experience includes founding and growing Clear Path Employer Services, leading operations at Windley Ely, and serving in various capacities within HRPA's Grand Valley Chapter. Anna possesses a strong educational foundation, including a CDMP in Disability Management from Pacific Coast University and a CHRL designation from HRPA, along with degrees in Business Accounting from Ryerson University and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
