Monica Manotas

Monica Manotas currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Tecan, a role held since April 2024. Prior to this, Monica held various senior leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific from January 2015 to September 2023, including Senior Vice President and President of Life Sciences and Laboratory Products, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar organization committed to innovative solutions for the life sciences industry. Monica's career at Thermo Fisher also encompassed roles such as President of Laboratory Products and Vice President and General Manager of several divisions. Earlier, Monica worked at Fisher Scientific and Xerox Corporation in finance and management roles, starting as a Financial Analyst at Xerox in 1997. Monica holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
