Soumia Pai

Soumia Pai is an accomplished professional in the field of Compensation and Benefits, currently serving as Function Head of C&B at Tech Mahindra since September 2024. Prior to this role, Soumia Pai spent over 17 years at Infosys, where positions included Senior Principal and Principal in Compensation & Benefits, with responsibilities encompassing global total rewards and India benefits management. Early career experiences included serving as a Research Executive at the Centre for Research and Consultancy. Soumia Pai's educational background includes a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sree Narayana Guru Institute of Science and Technology. Additionally, academic achievements include a BSc in Maths from Union Christian College.
