Melissa Maloney serves as the Vice President and Growth Coach at TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario, where support is provided to entrepreneurs during startup and scale-up phases. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of All Women LEAD, Melissa champions female leadership. Through Happy Leader Enterprises, Melissa assists organizations in fostering a winning culture focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Selectpath, Corporate Training Facilitator at Fanshawe Corporate Training Solutions, and various operational leadership positions at GoodLife Fitness. Melissa's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Athabasca University and ongoing studies at institutions such as New York University and Yale University.
