Michael Fahey

Michael Fahey currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary at Thrasio, leading the legal team for the world's largest acquirer of Amazon third-party private label businesses since April 2020. Additionally, Michael is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels, and holds advisory board positions with SeriesX and 5370 Technology Solutions. Previously, Michael was the Deputy General Counsel at HomeServe USA, where responsibilities included managing M&A and litigation. Michael's extensive experience also includes senior leadership roles at Affinion, where accomplishments included establishing a presence in Brazil and leading European legal operations. Early career experience includes corporate associate roles at Simpson Thacher and Milbank, as well as an analyst position at Morgan Stanley. Michael holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA, summa cum laude, from Manhattan University.
