Shelley Hall currently holds multiple leadership roles, including Executive Board Member at TechGC and Steering Committee Member at Chief, a network aimed at empowering women in leadership. Hall is a Founding Member of The Fourth Effect, a community providing access to board seats and investment opportunities for women leaders and startup founders. Previously, Hall served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at NetBrain Technologies Inc., and as General Counsel at K2, where significant legal leadership was provided during an acquisition. Early career experiences include roles at Micro Focus, Stokes Lawrence, and Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, along with a clerkship for Judge William Dwyer of the U.S. District Court. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University. Currently, Hall is on a self-imposed sabbatical to explore personal interests and family time.
