Fermin Ormachea

Fermin Ormachea has extensive experience in finance and treasury operations, currently serving as the Global Treasurer at Techint Engineering & Construction since May 2022. Prior to this role, Fermin was the Head of Finance at YPF LUZ, where responsibilities included debt structuring and financial planning, executing debt capital markets transactions, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. Fermin's career also includes significant positions at Tenaris, where responsibilities ranged from managing a $2.5 billion asset portfolio to overseeing the company's financial corporate structure in Europe and coordinating M&A projects. Previous roles at Accenture involved consulting on commercial strategy and banking systems, and Fermin began their career in asset management at ABN AMRO. Fermin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
