Robert Keown

Robert Keown holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Park University. Robert has amassed significant experience in the field of education and online learning, currently serving as the Executive Director for the Georgia Virtual Technical Connection and previously as the Director of Military Affairs at the same institution. Additional roles include Staff Development Trainer at Georgia Virtual Technical College and Director of Online Learning at East Central Technical College. Robert's background also includes a tenure with the United States Air Force as a Training Manager, Instructional Systems Designer, and Curriculum Specialist.
