The Project Management Team at Technology Associates EC Inc. (TAEC) is responsible for overseeing wireless and fiber engineering projects from inception to completion. This team, comprising Project Engineers, Project Coordinators, Senior Project Managers, and A&E Project Managers, ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule while adhering to industry standards and client requirements. Their duties include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, permitting, and stakeholder communication, ultimately ensuring the successful delivery of TAEC's telecommunication services.
