Josh Bluhm

Josh Bluhm serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Credit Risk & Operations at Technology Credit Union since June 2022. Previously, Bluhm held various senior leadership roles at Peoples Bank, including Senior Vice President and Director of Operations, as well as Director of Consumer Lending. Bluhm's career also includes positions at Whatcom Educational Credit Union, SaviBank, Skagit Bank, Citifinancial Inc., and Wells Fargo Financial, showcasing extensive experience in consumer lending, loan operations, and branch management. Bluhm earned a Bachelor of Science in Administrative Management from Central Washington University and completed the Pacific Coast Banking School program from 2017 to 2019.
