Tommaso Sgro' is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Tech M&A at Technology Holdings since November 2024, Tommaso previously held the position of Vice President in M&A Corporate Finance at Mediobanca from May 2014 to December 2023, focusing on the Telecom, Media & Technology sectors. Earlier experience includes a role in Financial Services at KPMG Spa in early 2014. Tommaso holds a Master of Science in Accounting, Financial Management and Control, with a major in Corporate Finance from Università Bocconi, where coursework spanned from 2012 to 2015.
