The Executive Operations Team at TechnoServe is responsible for steering the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring overall operational efficiency, and overseeing key business functions. This team, composed of top executives including the President & CEO, CFO, Chief Transformation Officer, and Chief Human Capital Officer, among others, collaborates to develop and implement strategies that drive the nonprofit’s mission to create business solutions to poverty. They ensure alignment with TechnoServe's goals, manage critical organizational processes, and support high-impact initiatives to enhance the livelihoods of individuals in developing regions.
