Courtney Caldwell

Courtney Caldwell is an experienced audio technician and stagehand with a background in the music and events industry. Currently employed at Technotrix Inc as an Audio Technician since March 2024, and at LEC Event Technology as a Warehouse Worker since July 2023, Courtney also holds a position as a Stagehand at Live Nation Entertainment's House Of Blues and at The Castle Theatre. Previous roles include Stage Manager for Solshine Reverie and Crew Chief for Red Barn Late Night shows at the Summer Camp Music Festival. Courtney has contributed to the Levitt AMP Springfield Music Concert Series as a Talent Buyer and as part of the marketing team. A graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business, Courtney has developed a diverse set of skills in live event production and artist management.
