Kevin Gooch

Kevin Gooch is an experienced leader in the national security sector, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at TechOp Solutions International since 2024. Previously, Gooch held the position of Senior Vice President at Versar, Inc. from 2021 to 2023, overseeing the National Security Business Area and delivering innovative solutions for government clients. Gooch was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of BayFirst Solutions LLC from 2013 to 2021, leading the acquisition team that facilitated the company's sale to Versar, Inc. Prior roles included extensive experience at Booz Allen Hamilton from 1996 to 2013, where Gooch managed large teams and contracts for the Department of Homeland Security, alongside contributions to significant research and development initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management and an MS in Environmental Science & Policy from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Vanderbilt University.
