Elena Balan

Elena Balan is an experienced software developer with a strong background in software and architectural development. Currently employed at TechQuarter since February 2022, Elena previously held the position of Technical Lead at DAS Solutions from November 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring project standards in software construction and presentation. Elena's career also includes roles as a software developer at Jivy Group, Aspira Software, Amdaris, IS “Fiscservinform,” and Inspectoratul Fiscal din Moldova, accumulating valuable expertise since 2005. Elena holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, earned between 1997 and 2002.
