Telesha Bowen

Telesha Bowen is an experienced program manager and certified coach with a strong background in event management, community engagement, and operational execution. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Startup Community at Techstars since April 2022, Telesha oversees the administrative and operational aspects of the Founder Catalyst Program in partnership with J.P. Telesha also operates One Vivacious Life and has held key positions such as Office Manager at MaxLiving Indy Family Chiropractic, where event coordination and team management were central responsibilities. Previous roles include contributing to the Indy Chamber’s events department and working with Indiana University Health on various marketing and project initiatives. Telesha holds a Master of Science in Health Promotion and multiple degrees in communication and arts administration from Indiana University Bloomington and Butler University.
