Ananya Banerjee

Ananya Banerjee, M. Des., currently serves as the Assistant UXUI Manager at Techtronic Industries (TTI) since August 2024, overseeing the end-to-end development process for RYOBI smart outdoor products while collaborating with global teams and stakeholders. Prior experience includes a role as Lead User Experience Designer at Energybox, focusing on user experience for IoT solutions, and Senior User Experience Designer at CGI, where user research and UI design were key responsibilities. Additional positions held include User Experience Designer at Videocon Consumer Durables, Art Director at Triverse Advertising Pvt. Ltd. and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, and Communication Designer at Philips Design. Ananya holds a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, complemented by ongoing education in Human Factors from Human Factors International and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Sathyabama University.
