Margaret Murray

Margaret Murray is an experienced professional in customer success and operations, currently serving as VP of Customer Success for Enterprise UK&I at Darktrace since April 2020. Margaret has held various leadership roles within Darktrace, including Associate Director and Senior Customer Success Team Leader for the EMEA region. Prior to Darktrace, Margaret worked as a Partnerships Campaign Manager at JCDecaux and as COO & Operations Manager at Studynova. Margaret holds a Master of Science in Biology with a specialization in Marine Biology from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, where the Master’s thesis focused on the interactions between photosynthesis and respiration in symbiotic jellyfish. Additionally, Margaret earned a Bachelor of Science Honours in Biology from Queen's University and completed high school at Ashbury College.
