Javier Saiz

Javier Saiz is an accomplished Engineering Manager currently overseeing the PDH-PP Petrochemical Complex FEED Project in Qatar at Tecnicas Reunidas. With substantial experience in project management, including two large-scale CCUS Pre-FEED projects in North America and a large-scale hydrogen Pre-FEED project in Europe, Javier has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Additionally, Javier has been an Associate Professor at Universidad Pontificia Comillas since October 2019 and founded Reevolut.io, a company focused on digital and real-world assets. Javier's previous roles include Principal Project Director at Mott MacDonald, Field Engineering Lead at Tecnicas Reunidas, and Project Manager at SENER, among others. Javier holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Engineering, and is pursuing further educational qualifications in data science and sociology.
