Mariana Rojas

Mariana Rojas is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational management with extensive experience in various roles, including National Academic Advisor at Tecnológico de Monterrey since January 2022 and Global Director of Talent and Culture at Alpek from October 2016 to August 2024. Previous positions include Interim Human Resources Business Partner and Talent & Organizational Development Manager at Alpek, as well as Global Executive Training & Development Leader at Alfa Corporativo. Mariana has also contributed to the field of education as a professor at Universidad Tecmilenio and has held key roles such as Organizational Development Specialist at AXA and Administrative Coordinator at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
