Panchanan Pradhan

Panchanan Pradhan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Group Director & Head of Software Development at Eastnets since January 2022, Panchanan is responsible for transforming the product portfolio to Microservices and Cloud-native architecture with integrated AI-ML capabilities. Previously, Panchanan held the position of Vice President & Head of Engineering at Subex from June 2017 to December 2021, where the focus was on developing next-generation SaaS products, including the creation of the HyperSense platform. Prior experience includes Associate Vice President of Engineering at Huawei Technologies India, leading large teams in developing Business Support System products, and serving as Technical Lead at Nokia, contributing to the Network Management System product suite. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
