Kara Silver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product development and operations. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Digital at Tecovas, Kara previously held key roles at Function of Beauty as both the Director of Digital Product and Director of Consumer Insights, where significant improvements in user experience and product optimization were achieved. Prior to this, Kara was the Vice President of Product & Operations at Atolla, leading customer-centric innovations that boosted retention and average order value. With a strong foundation in operations from positions at DOOB USA and Formlabs, along with early research experience at institutions like Boston University and the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Kara holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's Degree in Ocean Resources Engineering.
