The Leadership Team at Teen Challenge of Florida Inc. is responsible for guiding the organization in its mission to provide hope and life transformation for at-risk youth and individuals struggling with addiction. Comprising the Regional President & CEO and CFO, the team focuses on strategic planning, financial stewardship, and operational excellence to ensure the effective delivery of their Christ-centered programs and support services. Together, they foster a vision that promotes holistic wellness and community reintegration for program participants.
