Onat Altay

Onat Altay is a design engineer currently working at TEI - TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii A.Ş. since September 2023, specializing in the TTC (TEI-GE Aviation) project. Prior to this role, Onat gained experience as a mechanical design engineer at ALTINAY Technology Group from March 2022 to September 2023. Previous internships include a position as a mechanical test intern at Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii, where responsibilities involved observing vibration, acoustic, and mass property tests, as well as calculating inertia moments for mass prototype satellites. Additionally, Onat has experience in flight systems testing from an internship at Gebze Technical University and has conducted various mechanical tests during an internship at Türk Standardları Enstitüsü. Onat holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Gebze Technical University, completed in September 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at the same institution, expected to be completed in June 2025. Educational background includes earlier studies at Darüşşafaka Eğitim Kurumları from 2007 to 2017.
