Richard Kalesanwo is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in customer support and team management. Currently serving as a Technical Team Manager at Tek Experts since August 2020, Richard oversees a team of Support Engineers, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to global operational processes. Prior roles include being a Point of Contact, where Richard expedited resolution of technical issues, and a Technical Support Engineer, delivering solutions to corporate IT problems. Richard also managed online media at Murphy Ben International and provided IT help desk support at Pulser Computer System Nigeria Limited. Richard holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2014.
