Virginia Riquelme

Virginia Riquelme is an experienced editor with a strong background in educational publishing and literary projects. Since October 2018, Riquelme has worked at Tekman Education as an editor for mathematics programs targeting Spain, Catalonia, the Basque Country, and Latin America. As the founder and editor of Editorial Barco de Piedra since December 2014, Riquelme has focused on publishing both Venezuelan and international authors. Additional editorial roles include coordinating digital projects at Editorial Alfa and serving as a freelance editor and text corrector for various prestigious publishing houses. Riquelme has also taught editorial courses and literature at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and managed library operations at Cultura Chacao. Riquelme holds a Master's degree in Publishing from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and a Licentiate in Letters from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
