Tiffany Carter is an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager currently with TekniPlex since November 2024, having previously held the same role at SHINE Technologies. With a strong background in manufacturing and engineering, Tiffany has contributed to various organizations, including Phoenix, LLC as a Manufacturing Engineer, FEECO International, Inc. as a Project Engineer, and Voith Meri Environmental Solutions, Inc. as an Inside Sales Engineer. Tiffany's tenure at Miller Electric Mfg. Co. included progressive roles from Mechanical Design Intern to Mechanical Engineer in both New Product Development and the Industrial Equipment Division. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, completed in 2014.
