Beth Rozga

Beth Rozga is a seasoned Change Management Consultant currently working with TEKsystems and Carroll Avenue Consulting, where Beth provides consultative services to enhance business-critical objectives and advance organizational change initiatives. With an extensive background at Medtronic as IT Director in the Office of the CIO and as a Change Management Consultant, as well as leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota and Target, Beth has consistently driven successful enterprise change management strategies, communication initiatives, and operational transformations. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Mass Communications and Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
