Andrew Tedd

Andrew Tedd is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and product development. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering for the Component Solutions Organization at Tektronix, Andrew has also held roles such as Senior Business Manager for the Entry Portfolio and Product Development Program Manager, overseeing a diverse team of engineers and technicians. Key achievements include program management for the successful 4 Series Program and leading the update of the MDO4K platform, which met ambitious financial goals. Prior to Tektronix, Andrew was an Engineering Manager at Voltech Instruments Ltd, contributing to the executive management team and managing a dispersed engineering group. Earlier career roles include Design Engineer at Thorn EMI Electronics, where Andrew developed innovative systems for military applications. Andrew holds a Beng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of the West of Scotland.
