SEEKING: A high energy, self-motivated sales and development leader in the Technology Industry.
Telarus, the nation’s fastest-growing Technology Services Distributor, is seeking a strategic, results-oriented individual to grow and manage our Sales Enablement practice. The individual will lead a team of sales and partner enablement professionals and be responsible for driving sales effectiveness and a member of the Sales Leadership Team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Drive overall sales efficiency via sales tools, training programs and other programs identified by Sales and Marketing leadership
Refine and own the sales process through technology, process and people enablement
Support Sales Operations Projects to align and drive collective success across partners and internal strategies
Drive value strategy for Internal Sales Growth and Partner Sales Growth
Be the liaison for peers and other team members for support of initiatives/needs
Employee must maintain consistent communication with manager throughout his/her employment
Attends Telarus sales, operations, and other customer meetings
Attends training for new products, services, and technology
Work with the Telarus Executive Leadership teams to coordinate across departments
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience
Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods
Willingness to travel periodically
