Sr. Director, Sales Enablement

SEEKING: A high energy, self-motivated sales and development leader in the Technology Industry.  

  

Telarus, the nation’s fastest-growing Technology Services Distributor, is seeking a strategic, results-oriented individual to grow and manage our Sales Enablement practice.  The individual will lead a team of sales and partner enablement professionals and be responsible for driving sales effectiveness and a member of the Sales Leadership Team. 

   

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:  

  • Drive overall sales efficiency via sales tools, training programs and other programs identified by Sales and Marketing leadership

  • Refine and own the sales process through technology, process and people enablement

  • Support Sales Operations Projects to align and drive collective success across partners and internal strategies

  • Drive value strategy for Internal Sales Growth and Partner Sales Growth

  • Be the liaison for peers and other team members for support of initiatives/needs

  • Employee must maintain consistent communication with manager throughout his/her employment

  • Attends Telarus sales, operations, and other customer meetings

  • Attends training for new products, services, and technology

  • Work with the Telarus Executive Leadership teams to coordinate across departments

  • Other duties as assigned

  

Qualifications:  

  • At least 5 years’ experience

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods

  • Willingness to travel periodically
