Alain Cloutier

Alain Cloutier has extensive experience in telecommunications engineering, currently serving as the Directeur Ingénierie Réseau Planificateur Énergie DC and Network Manager for DC Power planning and design at Telebec since 1996. In this role, Alain is responsible for planning telecom network space and infrastructure, managing yearly investment programs, and overseeing a financial budget exceeding $2 million annually. Previously, Alain held positions such as Manager of Network Engineering at Télébec division Bell Aliant from 2009 to 2014 and Chief Engineer at Consultants VFP from 1990 to 1996. Alain holds a Baccalauréat in Génie Électrique-régime coopératif from Université de Sherbrooke, obtained between 1984 and 1989.
