Ken F. Fincher

Ken F. Fincher is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in engineering and program management. Currently serving as the Technical Director at Teledyne Brown Engineering since March 2017, Ken has also held the roles of Deputy Director and OSF Program Management Task Order Lead. Previous positions include Director of Analytical Systems at ManTech, where Ken was involved in key programs such as TESTLA and SETAC, as well as owning Fincher Research, focusing on SBIR proposals for military applications. Ken's earlier career at Teledyne Brown Engineering included roles such as Senior Systems Engineer and Engineering Manager, where significant contributions were made to the PAC-3 Insensitive Munitions program and propulsion testing for missile systems. Ken F. Fincher holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and previously studied Pre-Engineering at the University of North Alabama.
