Lulua al Janahi

Lulua Al Janahi is a professional with a robust background in customer service and training, currently serving as a Line Trainer at Teleperformance for the Dubai Health Authority since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Call Center Representative at Expo 2020 Dubai and internship experience at the UAEU- Date Palm Development Unit. Lulua also contributed as a volunteer at Merciful Hands Health Care and underwent training at the Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training, focusing on retail and customer services. Lulua holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from United Arab Emirates University, completed in May 2021.
