Mellissa Hefele

Mellissa Hefele is an experienced human resource professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Human Resource Consultant and Human Resources Administrator at Merchants since May 2017, Mellissa has previously held roles including Recruiter at Human Communications and Senior Recruiter at RQ2, where responsibilities included managing junior recruiters, client communication, and conducting candidate interviews. Early career experience includes various recruitment and sales positions across companies such as Kelly Group, Manpower SA, TFG, and The Mortgage Point.
