Rúben Pereira Carlos

Rúben Pereira Carlos is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the rewards and performance domain. Currently serving as the EMEA Rewards Lead and Head of Rewards and Performance at Teleperformance since October 2017, Rúben drives key HR initiatives, including Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Organisational Development, while overseeing strategies for pay, rewards, and benefits. Prior to Teleperformance, Rúben worked as a Consultant at Mercer, focusing on benefits implementation and M&A projects from February 2012 to October 2017, and as an Analyst at Towers Watson, where responsibilities included actuarial valuations of UK pension schemes. Rúben began a career in client portfolio management as a Sales Assistant at Montepio. Rúben holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in Management from ISEG and has completed an Executive Program in Leadership Science at Nova School of Business and Economics.
